RETURN POLICY

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or pickup date.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Your refund will be the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligible Returns: To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be unused and in original, resalable condition
• Include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation
• Not show signs of installation or modification
• Have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

• Electrical components (ECUs, modules, sensors) 
• Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return: To request a return:

1. Contact us at ludwigsautomotive.com or 540-931-6361 with your order number
2. Provide photos of the item if requesting return due to defect or incorrect part
3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
4. Ship returns to: 1798 Allensville Road, Hedgesville WV 25427

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent the wrong part or the item is defective, we will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
